A Few Words About Me

Nicole has a wealth of women’s health and orthopedic clinical experience that began at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (formerly RIC) and continued for the last several years at the Women’s Health Center. Nicole received her BA at the University of Illinois at Chicago and her pilates certification through Polestar Pilates, a rehab-based program reserved for clinicians. She is most passionate about and specializes in pre and post-natal physical therapy including wellness, pelvic floor dysfunction and musculoskeletal pain during the child-bearing years.

Class Offerings

Prenatal Pilates class is designed for women to prepare your body throughout their pregnancy. Every class will focus on education and muscular strength and promote good posture through exercise. Pilates is an important fitness regimen for prenatal women as it increases body awareness, strengthens the pelvic floor and develops functional strength.
Postnatal Pilates class is designed for women 6 weeks post baby to 1 year postpartum helping you safely rediscover your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles.
Pilates class: $15 per class, $120/10 class pack
Private Session: $70
